Elle's first self-published romantic comedy, The Frog Prince, became an Amazon bestseller in December 2010, and peaked at #1 on Amazon’s Top 100 List for Humor in 2012. She was one of the first self-published authors to take advantage of Amazon’s“ free promo days,” and gave away 45,000 copies of her books on Valentine’s Day, 2012 —catapulting her second novel,  Sleeping Beauty, to Amazon’s bestseller list.
